Terms of Agreement:
   Bidschoice Yahoo Japan Auctions bidding service is a service that we provide to non-Japanese due to their inability to deal with Japanese sellers directly. We have no financial or legal relationship whatsoever with Yahoo Japan Auctions or the sellers who put their items on auction for sale.。

When you ask Bidschoice to bid on Yahoo Japan Auctions, you explicitly and implicitly agree to the terms and condition set by Bidschoice for completing the transaction process for various auctions on client’s behalf. If you have any questions regarding our terms and conditions, please do not hesitate to send us your questions.

DEPOSITS:
    We require all customers to make a deposit in prior to bid on Yahoo Japan Auction (or online shop).
The amount of the deposit is your bidding amount.

Deposits will be kept if
    If you don’t pay for the balance of your purchase (our fees, bank fee, shipping fees and etc.) within 5 days after we send you an email invoice for the balance of your purchase for auction item you requested, (*20% or minimum $20.00 late fee penalty will be applied to your account.)
    Your deposit will be kept and not returned. The deposit will partially cover the cost incurred in purchasing the item for you and your items will be resold after 4 weeks on Yahoo Japan Auction to recover our expenses.
    If you/we don't win the auction, we can hold your deposit (with your request) for 60days for another auction. After 60 days, your deposit minus paypal transaction fee from your deposit  and refund back to you.

Insurance:
    We do not provide insurance for any Yahoo Japan Auctions items we receive. We function as an intermediary between you and the Yahoo Japan Auction sellers. However, the shipping companies here do cover the shipping and provide limited insurance. Only EMS covers international shipping.  Ship with our monthly ocean shipment will not cover for damages.
